Collection: Geffen School of Drama at Yale
These cases are from the Theater Management Knowledge Base, a body of arts management material created by Yale School of Drama Theater Management students and faculty, overseen by an editorial board of leading practitioners.
The mission of the Yale School of Drama case collection is to raise the standard of professional practice among current and aspiring performing arts leaders and managers by producing and publishing training and reference material.
Content addresses the most urgent contemporary issues of the field, encompassing all aspects of arts management: leadership, governance, mission, strategy, succession, equity and inclusion, financial management, development, marketing, community engagement, human resources, organizational culture, change management, technology, legal issues, ethics, and entrepreneurship.
